- sodium nitrate - a preservative linked to cancer
- hydrogenated oils - partially is the worst and is linked to cardio issues and birth defects
- high fructose corn syrup - messes up the endocrine system, and may lead to bone loss, sometimes referred to as "liquid sugar crack".
- artificial colors - banned in some European countries, linked to hyperactivity
- processed salts - may increase blood pressure
- phosphoric acid - found in sodas, contributes to bone loss
